🔁 Return & Refund Policy – AKE Lighting Pakistan

At AKE Lighting Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the electronic nature of our products, the following policy applies:

Non-Returnable Products

All LED headlight bulbs are classified as electronic items and are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Vehicle compatibility issues

  • Installation errors or misuse

  • Physical, water, or burn damage

  • Voltage fluctuations or electrical faults


Manufacturing Defect Claims

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  • Proof of professional installation may be required.

  • The product will be inspected and verified by AKE Lighting Pakistan.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be provided where possible.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at AKE Lighting Pakistan’s discretion.


Refund Conditions

  • No refunds are provided once an order has been dispatched, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The order is cancelled by AKE Lighting Pakistan before dispatch, or

    • A verified defective product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method.

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after approval.


COD Orders Notice

  • COD orders that are refused at delivery or left uncollected are not eligible for refunds.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of future COD orders.
